Joan loved our church and was very supportive in many ways. Along with her husband Fran, she was involved in the planning and building of the new church.  She also assisted with the weekly cleaning duties, counting the collection money, and lovingly supplying baked goods to the volunteers working on the many projects including the Youth Center, Spring House, and lastly this Pavilion. She was taken from us prior to the completion, but I am sure she is pleased with the final result. Please enjoy this facility, either with your family with a private rental, or during a parish event. Joan would want it that way. 

The Pavilion cookout area is 36 feet wide and 60 feet long. This will be large enough to hold large parish functions, and will be available for family rentals like the Youth Center.  It has sixteen eight foot picnic tables, and four serving tables for crock pots and other cooking items that require electric. It will have propane and charcoal grills, and full access to the parish lawn for a complete day of family fun and enjoyment. Basketball hoops are located behind the Youth Center, and the remaining grass area can be used for volleyball, baseball, football, and other sports.

The rental income will be split in half to benefit the CYO and the Church Debt

A ONE MILLION DOLLAR SPECIAL EVENT INSURANCE RIDER IS NEEDED TO RENT THE PAVILION. THIS CAN BE PURCHASED FROM YOUR HOME OWNERS INSURANCE CARRIER OR THROUGH THE ARCHDIOCESE. THIS COMPLETED POLICY MUST BE IN THE HANDS OF THE CYO AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT OR YOUR EVENT WILL BE CANCELED
